The CZBJ4 marine flake ice machine designed and developed by Shandong Friend Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. passed the expert acceptance on June 2, 2008 after nearly one year of actual operation test. The CZBJ4 series marine flake ice machine adopts a number of unique new technologies.
Flake ice is made directly from seawater. The one-time freezing rate of seawater is 100%, the thickness of the flake ice produced is uniform, and the temperature is low; the ice making machine works stably and reliably, and has high thermal efficiency. It has overcome the problems of large loss of ice cooling capacity and low efficiency by using seawater to make ice.
Experts believe that the application of CZBJ series marine flake ice machine to fishing boats can not only save the cost of ice, but also take advantage of the lower melting temperature of seawater ice (melting temperature -1.7°C) than fresh water ice (melting temperature 0°C) to improve water quality. The fresh-keeping quality of the product and the extension of the fresh-keeping period can increase the operating days of the fishing boat. Therefore, the economic benefits of fishing boats can be greatly improved.
